Hilton Grand Vacations Recognized for Workplace Culture

–>

Hilton Grand Vacations has recently been recognized for its exceptional company culture. The company was named Newsweek’s “Top Most Loved Workplaces®” list where it placed second in the hospitality category and “Most Admired Workplaces 2025” in America list by Newsweek. It was the only timeshare company included on this list.

These recognitions show the success of Hilton Grand Vacations’ true mission of “Putting People First.” The company works hard to create a welcoming, supportive, and respectful environment for its 20,000 team members across the globe. The company is committed to supporting the well-being of all employees while also providing potential for career growth opportunities. This ensures team members are successful in both their professional and personal lives.

“Our team members are the driving force behind the exceptional vacation experiences we provide to our members and guests,” said Mark Wang, CEO at Hilton Grand Vacations. “That’s why we take immense pride in doing everything possible to empower and support our team members in their roles. Our strong culture is a direct result of our unwavering commitment to our people, which guides everything we do every day.”

Pablo Brizi, executive vice president, chief human resources officer & corporate affairs at Hilton Grand Vacations, commented:

“Happy and engaged employees do their best work, which is why our entire leadership team is constantly exploring new ways to support our team members and ensure we’re providing them an incredible experience. We’re grateful for these recognitions, as they affirm our commitment to fostering a healthy, happy and positive environment and building a workplace everyone is proud to be part of.”

Hilton Grand Vacations offers impressive benefits to its team including day-one medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, and 401k plans. The company also offers a DailyPay option for eligible US team members that allows team members to be paid instantly. They also offer discounted travel opportunities through the Go Hilton travel program.

Hilton Grand Vacations opened the HGV Wellness Center in August of 2024 at the global headquarters in Orlando, Florida. Here, over 4,000 team members and their dependents can take advantage of top-tier healthcare to support their long-term health, including annual physicals, preventative exams, physical therapy, and more.

Newsweek’s “Top Most Loved Workplaces®” list results were compiled in collaboration with the Best Practice Institute (BPI), a leadership development and benchmark research company. They surveyed over 2.6 million employees from many different businesses and workforces. This year, the list doubled to include the Top 200 companies, showing the growing commitment across organizations to provide positive workplaces that employees love.

HGV’s Most Loved Workplace profile can be found on Newsweek’s Official Certification Page. The full list will be featured in Newsweek’s October 11, 2024 print edition. It’s currently online at mostlovedworkplace.com. Newsweek’s “Most Admired Workplaces” list is now online at americasmostadmiredworkplaces2025.com.

This year, Hilton Grand Vacations has also been recognized by USA Today’s Top Workplaces USA list and the Most Loved Workplaces® lists for Diversity, Volunteering, Career Advancement, LGBTQ+, Women, Young Professionals, and Wellness. The company also earned its Great Place To Work Certification® for the third year in a row.
